Training Course Terms & Conditions

Accreditation
The Skin Club is proudly accredited by Beauty Industry Approval.

Booking & Payments

To secure your training date, a non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days prior to your training date.

Once full payment has been received, you will gain access to our online theory platform.

Please note: once full payment has been made, your training officially begins, and the balance becomes non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Any request to reschedule a course date must be made in writing at least 14 days before the course start date.

You may move your deposit to a new date once. Further rescheduling will require a new deposit.

If you reschedule with less than 14 days’ notice, a late notice fee of £200 per day will apply to cover venue and scheduling costs.

If The Skin Club needs to reschedule your course, we will notify you in writing with as much notice as possible, and you will be offered the next available date.
Theory Completion

All theory must be completed in full before your practical session.

Our online system tracks your progress to ensure completion.

If your theory is not completed at least 24 hours before your practical date, a new practical date will need to be arranged and a late notice fee paid.

Copyright & Intellectual Property
All course materials, including online content, training manuals, and masterclass guides bearing The Skin Club logo, are protected by copyright. Sophie Griffin’s bespoke techniques and course content are exclusive to The Skin Club and must not be copied, shared, or reproduced for training or commercial purposes. Any breach of these terms will result in legal action.

By paying your deposit and confirming your course date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
